Pricing by Person

Beverages will be provided at a flat per-person charge rate based on the final confirmed guest count. Package rates do not include hourly service rate, tax (unless where notated), gratuity, or service charge.

QUANTITIES PROVIDED

We average 1 drink per person per hour for the first 3 hours, with 0.5 drinks per person for each additional hour. We provide an even split across the types of beverages offered for our quantities. Should your group have a preference for a certain type of drink over the others, please let us know in advance. ie. if you know your group will drink more wine than beer/mixed drinks, we can provide higher quantities of wine and less on the beer/mixed drinks.

STAFFING REQUIREMENTS

We require 1 Bartender be staffed per every 75 guests in attendance.

*Specific brands are subject to change based on availability, any necessary substitutions for last-minute events will be of similar quality and value. All leftover products are the property of Seattle Bartending Company.

*Reduction in the amount of Varietals of Wine/Beer/Cider/Mixed Drinks offered does not reduce the package price, as overall consumption remains the same (ie. no matter if there is full bar for hard alcohol or only a couple of signature drinks, the pricing remains the same).
