Located in the tranquil Westlake Union neighborhood with ample parking and access to many activities on the water.
The nearly 1200 sq. ft. open space converts easily for various needs; happy hours, tastings, classes, presentations, meetings, photo shoots, painting or even yoga.
We also offer full bartending services for happy hours, cocktail classes, presentations, tastings or mixers. The venue is fully equipped with bars, high tops, tables and chairs which can be removed or added depending on the event.

Venue Information
Room rental starts at $90 per hour for weekdays and $110 for weekends with a $25 cleaning fee per event.
Our venue can host 25 people for a sit-down dinner or meeting or 40 for a stand up party or happy hour.
There is ample parking in front of the building. Paid parking is from 8AM-4Pm on Mon-Sat.
No self-service of alcohol, a licensed bartender must serve all alcoholic beverages.
Outside catering is allowed.
